An independent perspective on Microsoft’s Dynamics CRM Q2 2012 release

When Microsoft launched Dynamics CRM 2011 early last year, they committed to a series of regular, six monthly updates.

Perhaps the most eye-catching announcement was CRM Mobile, a rich, native application for smartphones. Note the plural here. One might sensibly have assumed that CRM Mobile would be exclusively for Windows Phone, given that traditionally Microsoft CRM has been welded to its own technology stack, but surprisingly the application will also be available on iPhone, Android, and Blackberry devices, as well as the iPad.

International Address Validation Now Available on Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Postcode Anywhere launches new CRM integration to improve contact data quality.

The extension, free to download from the Microsoft website from today, enables Microsoft Dynamic users to capture accurate and complete UK and international addresses, up to 80% faster.

Postcode Anywhere’s managing director Guy Mucklow said: “For many businesses a CRM database is one of the most crucial tools in any marketing arsenal. However, the database is only ever as good as the data stored within it.
